At times, Time and Distance may not give you healing until you physically see the person that hurt you and there’s a rush of blood to the head, you’re boiling and you couldn’t believe that you still feel pained by the past.

One of the methods that would help you is for forgiveness to have taken place before any meeting ever happened. Dealing with the past also includes dealing with the actors involved not only the circumstances around it.

Forgiveness must be deliberate, Forgiveness do not happen by mistake. Hope you all get me? Receive the strength to forgive. Amen!
