MY KITCHEN, MY DERMATOLOGY LAB I

EPISODE 1.

Hi! It’s my first episode here on My Kitchen, My Dermatology lab. I hope you had a great day, it feels great sharing some of my secrets to having a healthy skin, all from the comfort of your kitchen-using everyday items-. I trust this is going to be a great journey to having a healthy skin. Don’t forget to send in your questions and comments. Yours truly is here to answer ’em all.

Have you noticed how on some days your skin looks different from what it used to look like? Either it’s looking too dry or unhealthy no matter how many times you apply lotion or your preferred body cream. Perhaps this makes you feel conscious about how your skin looks, especially your arms and legs. They will be looking dull, dehydrated, ashy and unhealthy, and personally this gets to me a lot. My closest option becomes wearing more long sleeves than usual even during the dry season just to cover them up.

Enough now, let’s get to some solution, all you’ll be needing is your regular salt, sugar and coconut oil.

Step 1: Pour in a bowl,

2 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of sugar

3 teaspoons of coconut oil

Step 2: mix properly in a bowl then scrub it on your body

It is advised that you use the scrub after taking your bath then rinse off to avoid washing off the oil.

There you go. 😉

NOTE: Use this 3 times a week.

See you next time on My Kitchen, My Dermatology lab. Don’t forget to subscribe to get more updates from us.
