YOU DON’T KNOW…

You won’t really understand?
You don’t know how hard I fight to have a stable mood.
You don’t know how much of a burden I feel to everyone around me.

You don’t understand why I feel seriously different from every other person.
You don’t know how scared I am of you walking away just like every single person that cared before.

You won’t understand when I tell you about the voices in my head.
You won’t understand when I say the only word I hear in my head is “quit!”.
You won’t understand, that’s why I simply tell you I’m fine.

I’m telling you this just because I have chosen to fight.
I have decided to live the best of my life no matter the fights in my head.
I have decided to help others in my shoes because I understand them.
I have decided to be a Mental Health Advocate
